Returns & Exchanges & Payment

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Be mindful when ordering, as there are no refunds on orders. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me. If the item arrives broken, please document with photos and contact me ASAP and I will work with you to create a replacement.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Thank you!


Packing & Shipping

I currently ship USPS Priority Mail and UPS and only within the domestic US.
If you wish to ship internationally, please contact me!

Orders are shipped within 5 days of being received.

If you are local to Fort Collins/Loveland area and wish to pick up your order, please choose the Pick-Up option. The pick up location is at the Northern Colorado Potters’ Guild in NE Fort Collins, CO. We will coordinate our date and time for pick up.

I try my best to minimize the amount of waste produced by packing and shipping pottery, and will often use recycled and compostable materials for packing. However, my main goal is to get your order to you safely. Therefore, if I am shipping an extra fragile piece of pottery, I may pack it with extra material to ensure safe transport and delivery.
